Helping Deaf People Enjoy Videos with Armenian Sign Language

Welcome to Voices of hands, a group that started in 2023 and helps Deaf people in Armenia understand and enjoy videos. We believe that everyone, no matter if they can hear or not, should have the same chances to watch and learn from videos.

Our mission is to promote the full recognition and realization of the human rights of deaf people. We work to achieve this mission by:​

• Raising awareness of the issues facing deaf people.

• Promoting the use of sign languages.

• Working to create a more inclusive world for deaf people.

Why This Matters

Videos help us learn, have fun, and stay connected. We think everyone should get to enjoy them, including deaf people. Language should never be a barrier.
